With costume origins from traditional ballet corps in Europe during the early 1800’s, this elegant pant styling has enjoyed decades of popularity among women of all ages. The “fitted” pant legs have become a benchmark look in knit apparel.

Our pull-up Classic Legging features a traditional elastic waistband. Form fitting pant legs are finished with very simple turned-over hems. This signature blend of Tencel  is a wonderful combination of refinement and practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape, along with a soft feel and suede-like finish. For the environmentally-conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber.

Rayon, or Viscose Rayon, was the first manufactured textile fiber, invented in 1884 in France, but has been produced for global commercial use since 1905. Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon's properties are renowned for their similarity to organic fibers such as cotton and linen. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wearability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial knitted fabrics are cotton. Our Cotton Blend Knit Jersey Burnout is lightweight, it drapes beautifully on the body, and it has just enough stretch across the grain for added comfort and wearing ease. This quality fabric features a stylish burnout design that provides a soft textured surface with a subtle semi sheer effect, and it is suitable for sewing into many apparel body styles fashioned for women's clothing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash warm with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low. Warm, steam iron.

THE STORY

Our captivating "ZUNI" Asbury Tunic Top was designed using a Cotton Blend Knit Jersey Burnout fabric chosen for long wearing comfort and minimal care. With costume origins from traditional ballet corps in Europe during the early 1800’s, the classic tunic design of this silhouette has enjoyed decades of popularity among women of all ages. The refined burnout texture adds a semi sheer and fashionable touch to support the soft hand of the fabric.

Our pullover Asbury Tunic Top features a traditional round neckline finished with a simple fold-over trim. Elegant draping flows downward from the shoulders into an arched bottom hem that falls to the upper thighs. That bottom hemline also has handkerchief points to the sides of the hips, adding a feminine touch to the look of the silhouette. Additional design elements include ¾ length sleeves, a comfortable fitted frame, and subtle stitching throughout the tunic. Garment dyed richness also adds distinctive character to this versatile top that pairs well with pants, leggings and designer jeans. Our alluring ZUNI print offers seductive visual appeal provided by the interplay of dual design artistry embodied in this knit fabric. The secondary element is the burnout netting rendered with a “paisley motif” design which provides soft textured, semi-sheer appeal. This signature blend of Tencel  is a wonderful combination of refinement and practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape, along with a soft feel and suede-like finish. For the environmentally-conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber.

Rayon, or Viscose Rayon, was the first manufactured textile fiber, invented in 1884 in France, but has been produced for global commercial use since 1905. Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon's properties are renowned for their similarity to organic fibers such as cotton and linen. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. We also love how vibrantly the colors appear on this fabric, enriching our garments with vivid hues.

Design elements used in this silhouette offer clean lines and a minimal aesthetic. Attention is drawn to a dramatic "batik" motif print (which we call “French Batik”) to help express your own personal sense of style.

Our pullover Erika Bias Tank Top is cut on the bias, which allows the fabric to mold to the figure and the body's natural curves. Also featured is a V-neck that is very flattering to the décolleté without over-exposure. The arm openings are reinforced on the underside with a "bias facing" so as not to interfere with the luxurious drape of the fabric. The hip-length squared bottom hem has side slits that afford a slight, stylish flare to the hips. Subtle stitching throughout enhances the fashion simplicity of this loose fitting top. This ingenious Tencel blend is a wonderful combination of fibers that provide much appreciated comfort and “easy care” practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape. For the environmentally conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber. The Cotton natural fibers used in this blend give this fabric added strength and “breathability” for long wearing ease. Finally, the Spandex addition affords this micro knit to maintain a delightful elasticity that keeps the shape of the garment, yet allows for figure flattering lines. This synergy of fibers creates a “Whisper” soft hand which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable.
