RETURNING AN ORDER
All merchandise discounted at 50% or more are Final. Otherwise merchandise may be returned for an exchange, a refund, or online store credit. To receive a return authorization, Please request a return authorization via "CHAT" on the lower left hand corner within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
After a return number is issued, you have 30 days to send out the package. The item(s) must be returned with all labels and tags and in original condition. Any item sent back damaged can be shipped back to you at your expense. All outbound shipping charges and shipping insurance costs processed to ship your order to you are non-refundable. Inbound freight costs of your return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Sale Items discounted at 50% or more are FINAL, with no refunds or exchanges allowed. Also, please note that all "Sale Rack" Sale items are FINAL with no refunds, no store credit, no exchanges, and no returns allowed.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing after we receive your return. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note, depending on your bank, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
WHOLESALE: All sales are FINAL.
