For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wearability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial woven fabrics are cotton. Our natural fibered, eco-friendly Cotton Embroidered Woven fabric is lightweight for added comfort and wearing ease, and it drapes wonderfully on the body. THE STORY

Such is our woven Holly Touch Blouse here, which is made of natural fibered, eco-friendly, 100% Cotton Cloth, which affords long wearing comfort and requires minimal care. This charming body style also affords a feminine look provided by soft-textured paisley embroidery and a slight crinkled weave.

Our pullover Touch Blouse features an abbreviated surplice V-neck that has an edged band of soft fabric, which prevents hard lines around the décolleté. Generously cut balloon sleeves are finished with band arm openings. Gathered empire styling creates a tiered look that flares slightly at the hips, offering appreciable long wearing comfort as well as a feminine touch to this loose fitting silhouette. This Rayon blend fabric is a marvelous combination of knit refinement and practicality, with a superb drape and soft-textured aesthetic. Rayon was the first manufactured textile fiber, invented in 1884 in France, but has been produced for global commercial use since 1905. Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon's properties are renowned for their similarity to organic fibers such as cotton and linen. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. The absorbency character of our Rayon blend also allows for quality garment dyeing, thus enriching our product with vibrant hues and deep colorations.

This Rayon blend fabric is a marvelous combination of knit refinement and practicality, with a superb drape and soft-textured aesthetic. Rayon was the first manufactured textile fiber, invented in 1884 in France, but has been produced for global commercial use since 1905. Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon's properties are renowned for their similarity to organic fibers such as cotton and linen. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. The absorbency character of our Rayon blend also allows for quality garment dyeing, thus enriching our product with vibrant hues and deep colorations.

Industrial knitted fabrics afford form fitted styling since their elasticity permits them to follow the body’s curvature. This knit jersey fabric is suitable for manufacturing into a variety of body styles. Our knitted jacquards have a soft, textured hand, providing long wearing comfort. Additionally, this fabric is easy to care for and is wonderfully wrinkle resistant.

Silk has been renowned for centuries as a valuable and luxurious commodity, often associated with wealth and status. The strongest of natural fibers, silk retains its shape, drapes well, caresses the figure, and because of its high absorbency, it is easily garment dyed in a variety of deep colors. This 100% Washable Silk Crêpe de Chine is woven to have a supple, organic feel, unlike many fabrics woven with synthetic fibers. With a 12 mommes weight factor, our Eco-friendly silk of choice is lightweight but is suitable for sewing into many body styles designed for women's silk clothing.

This ingenious Tencel blend is a wonderful combination of Eco-friendly fibers that provides durable wear and minimal care practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape. For the environmentally conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber. The Cotton natural fibers used in this blend give this fabric added strength and “breathability” for long wearing ease. This synergy of fibers also creates a soft textured "hand" which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer clothed in non-abrading comfort.

THE STORY

Our woven Abbeville Angie Jacket offers vogue styling designed for long wearing comfort. We have also crafted this top using a premium Tencel & Cotton Blend fabric chosen for its luxurious soft textured feel, durability and minimal care. Attention is drawn to a sublime “floral vine motif” jacquard weave (which we call “Abbeville”) to help express your own personal sense of style.

Our Angie Jacket features a wide band collar with frontside double button closure. The buttonless split front opening has backside reinforcement for extra durability. The 3/4 length, pieced Juliet sleeves are finished with simple fold-over trims. The squared bottom hem falls to just below the waistline. There is piecing to the entire torso, with vertical finger pockets to the front of the jacket. Very subtle stitching throughout renders elegant craftsmanship to this unfitted, “box style” silhouette. Garment dyed richness also adds distinctive character to this versatile top, which is perfect for traveling, smart looking for the office, and would make a smart addition to your weekend wardrobe.
