Our pullover Bree Blouse has a classic round neckline with a frontside, centered pinch pleat. Generous 3/4 length barrel sleeves have gathered arm openings. Sumptuous draping flows downward to a hip-length squared bottom hem that has a fashionably longer backside. The backside also features a surplice wrap (starting at the neckline) that forms a stylish V-backline, and is further finished with handkerchief points to the hips. Subtle single-needle stitching throughout, coupled with a comfortable full-bodied fit, provides the wearer a fashion sensibility that is both flattering and sophisticated. Our mesmerizing Medina fabric print features the renowned “paisley”. This imagery draws inspiration from Persian botanical shawl patterns made popular by European textile manufactures since the early 1600’s, and especially from the town of Paisley in central Scotland, from which the fabric pattern takes its’ modern name. Origins of the exotic floral motif reach back to ancient Babylonian waterdrop symbols of a date palm shoot, later stylized into elongated curved shapes by Kashmir artisans. Our Medina print here showcases a mélange of stylized paisleys rendered in “watercolor motif” impressionist artistry, and in pattern repeat. This superb fabric print wonderfully enhances the elegant drape of our sumptuous Silk Crêpe de Chine.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Tianello garments are always prewashed or garment dyed so they are always "Pre-Shrunk". Machine wash warm with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low. Warm, steam iron (if needed).

This 100% Washable Silk Crêpe de Chine is woven to have a supple, organic feel, unlike many fabrics woven with synthetic fibers. With a 12 mommes weight factor, our Eco-friendly silk of choice is lightweight but is suitable for sewing into many body styles designed for women's silk clothing.

Attention is drawn to an alluring “floral mandala motif” print (which we call "Bijou") which offers a casual, but refined look to help express your own personal sense of style. Our pieced Kai Kimono is inspired by the loose fitting, buttonless “haori kimono” silhouette where the length to the bottom hem is shortened to the upper thighs (versus a full length traditional kimono robe where the bottom hem extends to the floor and beyond the feet). Our rendition here features an unstructured front opening that sweeps downward into long points, thus creating a stylish "cascading" drape effect. The peplum piecing is rounded on the backside and there are subtle long darts to the torso toward the lower back. The ¾ length set-in sleeves have trumpet styled arm openings which are cut to provide a fluttering effect. Subtle, single needle stitching throughout captures an elegance that well dressed women desire. This versatile, garment-dyed top is perfect for layering over a coordinating tank dress or sleeveless blouse, making it a smart addition to any thoughtfully planned wardrobe.

Our mesmerizing Bijou woven fabric print features a mélange of stylized floral mandalas, floral cartouches, and scrolling vinery, all rendered in contemporary artistry, and layered here as an overprint element to the fabric landscape. The background consists of a muted floral Curly-Q trellis design, in pattern repeat. The middle print layer depicts a trio of stylized Lily bouquets, also in pattern repeat. The color diffusion throughout the print provides a dreamlike effect to the overall complexion of the fabric. This synergy of colors and sublime imagery wonderfully enhances the rich draping of our Silk Crêpe de Chine.
