FABRIC & CARE
FABRIC CONTENTS: 45% Tencel / 55% Linen
This signature blend of Tencel and Linen is a wonderful combination of refinement and practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape, along with a soft feel and suede-like finish. For the environmentally-conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber.
Linen textiles appear to be some of the oldest in the world, where examples found in Europe and Africa date back thousands of years old. For centuries linen has often been associated with wealth since it was mainly used by the upper classes of society. Linen is a bast fiber, made from the fibers of the flax plant, and it is labor-intensive to manufacture, thus produced in relatively small quantities. When fabricated, it is highly valued for its’ smooth texture, organic natural luster, and exceptional coolness in hot weather. A very durable and strong fabric, linen is one of the few that is stronger wet than dry, and it has no lint or pilling tendency. Nevertheless, the tendency to wrinkle is often considered part of the fabric’s “charm”, including its’ random “slubs” (small knots) that provide the aesthetic appeal of a natural product.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash cold with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach, do not use Woolite, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low (do not use dryer sheets). Warm, steam iron. Dry Clean OK.

Our full bodied rendition here affords an elegant look with clean lines to help express your own personal sense of style.
Our classic Tencel & Linen Loving Blouse features a traditional point collar with a twin stitched button down front. Full length sleeves end with buttoned square cuffs. For a stylish look the sleeves can also be rolled back toward the elbow and fastened with a buttoning tab. A full bodied fit with very rich draping offers long wearing comfort. The slightly round bottom hem falls to the hips, has side slits, and the backside is fashionably longer than the front. Subtle stitching throughout the blouse complements the elegant design of this wardrobe staple. Garment dyed richness also adds distinctive character to this versatile piece that pairs well pants, leggings, and designer jeans.
