FABRIC CONTENTS: 98% Viscose / 2% Spandex

Viscose, or Viscose Rayon, was the first manufactured textile fiber, invented in 1884 in France, but has been produced for global commercial use since 1905. Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon's properties are renowned for their similarity to organic fibers such as cotton and linen. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. This Rayon fabric is a marvelous combination of knit refinement and practicality, with a superb drape and silk-like aesthetic. The absorbency character of our Rayon also allows for quality garment dyeing, thus enriching our product with vibrant hues and deep colorations.

Industrial knitted fabrics afford form fitted styling since their elasticity permits them to follow the body’s curvature. Our knit jersey's have a soft-textured hand (providing long wearing comfort), are easy to care for, and are wonderfully wrinkle resistant.

"Koi" Cowl Tunic, which was fashioned using a premium natural fibered, eco-friendly French Viscose Knit Jersey fabric chosen for durability and minimal care. This form fitting top is flattering to the body and is designed for long wearing comfort. Attention is drawn to the contemporary “barcode stripe motif” jacquard which offers beautiful coloration (as well as soft-textured appeal) to help express your personal sense of style.

Our pullover Koi Tunic Top here features a fitted frame and a generous cowl neck. Luxurious draping sweeps downward to a bottom hem that falls to the high hip. That bottom hem is rounded and it is cut to arch upwards on the hips to flatter the torso. The full length long sleeves are finished with simple fold-over hems. For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wearability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial knitted fabrics are cotton. Our Cotton Blend Jersey Burnout is lightweight, it drapes beautifully on the body, and it has just enough stretch across the grain for added comfort and wearing ease. This quality fabric features a stylish burnout design that provides a soft textured surface with a subtle semi sheer effect, and it is suitable for sewing into many apparel body styles fashioned for women's clothing.
The process

We first knit the fabric, Then we burn out a design on the fabric. Next we Print one of our amazing "One of a kind" prints on the burned out knit jersey fabric.  Now the fabric is ready to be cut and sewn into your favorite style. Finally, when the garment is sewn we overdye the color into the garment. Now the garment is preshrunk and ready to be delivered to you!

Our knit Toni Tunic Top was crafted using a Cotton Blend Jersey Burnout fabric chosen for long wearing comfort and minimal care. 

Our pullover Toni Tunic Top features a fitted frame with a generous band V-neck. The asymmetrical bottom hem comes to a point to the left side of the torso on the front, and to the right side of the torso on the backside. Those vogue thigh length hemline points provide a slight flare with body movement. The form-fitting ¾ length sleeves have simple fold-over trims, and there is subtle stitching throughout the tunic. Garment dyed richness also adds distinctive character to this versatile top, which is perfect for traveling, smart looking for the office, and would make a wonderful addition to your weekend wardrobe.
