The process

We first knit the fabric, Then we burn out a design on the fabric. Next we Print one of our amazing "One of a kind" prints on the burned out knit jersey fabric. Now the fabric is ready to be cut and sewn into your favorite style. Finally, when the garment is sewn we over dye the color into the garment. Now the garment is preshrunk and ready to be delivered to you!

Note: Actual colors may vary slightly due to your screen. Also, because of the semi-sheer, translucent character of the burnout fabric, an undergarment may be necessary to keep exposure to a minimum.

Our pullover Toni Tunic Top features a fitted frame with a generous band V-neck. The asymmetrical bottom hem comes to a point to the left side of the torso on the front, and to the right side of the torso on the backside. Those vogue thigh length hemline points provide a slight flare with body movement. The form-fitting ¾ length sleeves have simple fold-over trims, and there is subtle stitching throughout the tunic. Garment dyed richness also adds distinctive character to this versatile top, which is perfect for traveling, smart looking for the office, and would make a wonderful addition to your weekend wardrobe.

This Rayon blend fabric is a marvelous combination of knit refinem

ent and practicality, with a superb drape and soft-textured aesthetic. Rayon was the first manufactured textile fiber, invented in 1884 in France, but has been produced for global commercial use since 1905. Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon's properties are renowned for their similarity to organic fibers such as cotton and linen. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. The absorbency character of our Rayon blend also allows for quality garment dyeing, thus enriching our product with vibrant hues and deep colorations.

Industrial knitted fabrics afford form fitted styling since their elasticity permits them to follow the body’s curvature. This knit jersey fabric is suitable for manufacturing into a variety of body styles. Our knitted jaquards have a soft, textured hand, providing long wearing comfort. Additionally, this fabric is easy to care for and is wonderfully wrinkle resistant.

Our unique “Crawford” knit jacquard here doubles as a design element and provides added visual interest. This jacquard weave features an intriguing design that resembles puffed chain links forming a vertical “bean pod” shape, in pattern repeat. Although this is not a reversible top, the reverse side of the fabric features the negative effect of this pattern in color contrast. This superb dual-weaving artistry beautifully complements the soft-textured feel of our luxe Knit Jersey fabric.
