For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wear ability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial knitted fabrics are cotton. Our Cotton Blend Jersey Burnout is lightweight, it drapes beautifully on the body, and it has just enough stretch across the grain for added comfort and wearing ease. This quality fabric features a stylish burnout design that provides a soft textured surface with a subtle semi sheer effect, and it is suitable for sewing into many apparel body styles fashioned for women's clothing.

The process

We first knit the fabric, Then we burn out a design on the fabric. Next we Print one of our amazing "One of a kind" prints on the burned out knit jersey fabric. Now the fabric is ready to be cut and sewn into your favorite style. Finally, when the garment is sewn we over dye the color into the garment. Now the garment is preshrunk and ready to be delivered to you!

Our attractive “Hagen” knit fabric features a jacquard weave of geometric diamonds in horizontal rows, which form a “stripe pattern” repeat. The diamonds are formed by soft-textured “puffed pebbles” which render a contemporary look to the fabric. The spaces between the diamond rows are filled with miniature puffed pebbles, which form a clever chevron design. Although this is not a reversible top, the reverse side displays an intriguing jacquard pattern of necklace links in zigzag formation.
