This ingenious Tencel blend is a wonderful combination of fibers that provide much appreciated comfort and “easy care” practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape. For the environmentally conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber. The Cotton natural fibers used in this blend give this fabric added strength and “breathability” for long wearing ease. Finally, the Spandex addition affords this micro knit to maintain a delightful elasticity that keeps the shape of the garment, yet allows for figure flattering lines. This synergy of fibers creates a “Whisper” soft hand which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash warm with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach; do not use Woolite; and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low (do not use dryer sheets). Warm, steam iron (if needed). Dry Clean OK.

For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wearability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial woven fabrics are cotton. Our natural fibered, eco-friendly Cotton Embroidered Gauze fabric is lightweight for added comfort and wearing ease, and it drapes wonderfully on the body. This fabric features stylish embroidered designs that provide a soft textured surface against an opaque weave, and it is suitable for sewing into many apparel body styles
