For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wearability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial woven fabrics are cotton. Our natural fibered, eco-friendly Cotton Embroidered Gauze fabric is lightweight for added comfort and wearing ease, and it drapes wonderfully on the body. This fabric features stylish embroidered designs that provide a soft textured surface against an opaque weave, and it is suitable for sewing into many apparel body styles

This signature blend of Tencel and Rayon is a wonderful combination of refinement and practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape, along with a soft feel and suede-like finish. For the environmentally-conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber.

Rayon, or Viscose Rayon, was the first manufactured textile fiber, invented in 1884 in France, but has been produced for global commercial use since 1905. Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon's properties are renowned for their similarity to organic fibers such as cotton and linen. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. We also love how vibrantly the colors appear on this fabric, enriching our garments with vivid hues.

Combining sensible styling with bold fabric print artistry, we have also crafted our woven Mud Print Dynasty Blouse using a natural fibered, eco-friendly Tencel & Rayon blend fabric chosen for long wearing comfort, durability and minimal care. Our stunning ethnic Mud Print fabric pattern draws inspiration from West African mud cloth textiles, called "Bogolanfini", a language composite of bogo (meaning "earth"), lan (meaning "with"), and fini (meaning "cloth"). Production of this cotton fabric is an ancient home-craft, and finished Bogolanfini are an authentic traditional art form. Our distinctive Mud Print here includes elements and patterns that have no particular symbolic meaning other than to simply look beautiful.
