Pricing for all Sale items are final, and there are no refunds allowed for Sale items. Sale items can be exchanged for another size (if available), but not for another different item.
Only one discount (of any kind) is allowed per transaction. No two discounts can be combined.
Reward Points cannot be earned during sales or major promotions (e.g. Memorial Day Sale, Independence Day Sale, Labor Day Sale, etc.). We use UPS for all of our US shipping. You can only ship to your credit card billing address, so if you have a PO Box address attached to your credit credit, please use your PO Box address to place the order, then call us at 800.576.0145 to change the shipping address.
There is only one non-refundable fee for shipping and handling per order. Shipping and Handling fees as follows:
purchases up to $199.00 have a $9.00 shipping fee
purchases over $200.00 shipping is Free.
WHOLESALE: Shipping rates follow above, same as retail. There is NO drop shipping. Goods will be delivered directly to your store or home address.
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers. At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
Sales tax is only charged when the shipping address is in California.

If you would like to exchange or return an order, please call 800.576.0145 within 10 days of receipt of the shipment for a Return Authorization number. Any package without a Return Authorization written on the outside of the box will not be accepted. After a Return Authorization is issued, you have 10 days to send out the package. The items must be returned with all labels and tags and in original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.
