"Attention grabbing fabric print artistry" helps define our woven Machu Picchu Ming Blouse, which was crafted using natural fibered, eco-friendly Washable Silk Crêpe de Chine chosen for lightweight softness and minimal care. This garment dyed top exhibits a chic flair, and the cut provides long wearing comfort. This blouse also showcases an Inca inspired motif print to help express your personal sense of style.

Our Ming Blouse is a sleeveless silhouette with a refined quality afforded by a soft and generous drape that is flattering to the body and transitions with body movement. Design elements include a solo button band collar reinforced with stitched edging, a button down front where the placket is reinforced with stitched edging, and generous arm openings. The backside yoke is shirred, and the fluid, below-the-waist hemline is curved with a slight rise to the side hips. Subtle single needle stitching throughout the garment capture an elegance that well dressed women desire. This versatile, loose fitting blouse pairs well with pants, leggings and designer jeans, making it a wonderful choice for travel, work, or play.

This Tianello garment was designed, developed and proudly Made In The USA.

Our expressive Machu Picchu fabric print draws inspiration from the vast color palettes found at the famous Historic Sanctuary, renowned as one of the "New Seven Wonders of the World". Such colors are embodied within the rich tropical mountain forest of this "eco-region", most notably among the diversity of flora and fauna there. Machu Picchu means "old peak", but it is often referred to as the "City of the Incas", home of the architectural aesthetic known as the "wayrona style".

Design elements of our print here include linear strokes reminiscent of the steep slopes of the Andes Mountains, trapezoidal shapes drawn in the "wayrona style", stylized block prints of ancient Inca symbols, and a mélange of diamonds that were typical in Inca artistry. This captivating print complements the luxe drape of our sumptuous Silk Crêpe de Chine.

FABRIC CONTENTS: 100% Silk 12MM Crepe de Chine

Silk has been renowned for centuries as a valuable and luxurious commodity, often associated with wealth and status. The strongest of natural fibers, silk retains its shape, drapes well, caresses the figure, and because of its high absorbency, it is easily garment dyed in a variety of deep colors. This 100% Washable Silk Crêpe de Chine is woven to have a supple, organic feel, unlike many fabrics woven with synthetic fibers. With a 12 mommes weight factor, our Eco-friendly silk of choice is lightweight but is suitable for sewing into many apparel body styles.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash warm with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach). Tumble dry low, or line dry. Warm iron (silk setting).
