All items that you place in your shopping bag will be in the order request. Upon checkout, you may edit your order before clicking “checkout.” When you click “submit order” we verify your credit card and charge your credit card. All prices on Tianello’s website are in United States dollars.

Shipping & Handling

We use UPS for all of our shipping. You can only ship to your credit card billing address, so if you have a PO Box address attached to your credit credit, please use your PO Box address to place the order, then call us at 800.576.0145 to change the shipping address.

There is only one non-refundable fee for shipping and handling per order. Shipping and Handling fees as follows:

purchases up to $199.00 have a $9.00 shipping fee
purchases over $200.00 shipping is Free.

International and US Territories Shipping
Tianello does not ship to countries outside the United States. Please use our Store Locator to find the store nearest you.

WHOLESALE: Shipping rates follow above, same as retail. There is NO drop shipping. Goods will be delivered directly to your store or home address.

Tax

Sales tax is only charged when the shipping address is in California.

WHOLESALE: Our wholesale customers do not get charged any tax.

Changing or Canceling an Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call 800.576.0145 as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your change or cancellation. However, if the items have already been shipped, the standard exchange and return policy applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanging or Returning an Order

If you would like to exchange or return an order, please call 800.576.0145 within 10 days of receipt of the shipment for a Return Authorization number. Any package without a Return Authorization written on the outside of the box will not be accepted. After a Return Authorization is issued, you have 10 days to send out the package. The items must be returned with all labels and tags and in original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

WHOLESALE: All sales are FINAL.
