Our woven Kyoto Lake Creek Blouse was crafted using a natural fibered, eco-friendly Tencel & Rayon blend fabric chosen for long wearing comfort, durability and minimal care. Design elements integrated in this popular body style afford the wearer an elegant, almost timeless look. Attention is drawn to an alluring Japanesque “water motif” print to help express your personal sense of style.

Our Creek Blouse features a modified Mandarin-style wide stand-up collar that flows into a V-neckline. The button down front is finished with backside facing for additional reinforcement. Liberal draping sweeps downward from the shoulders to a slightly rounded bottom hem that falls well below the waistline. Long flattering darts shape the waist and flare at the hips, giving the blouse a somewhat tailored appearance. Design details also include generous side slits to the hips, long sleeves, and subtle stitching throughout. Garment dyed richness also adds distinctive character to this fitted silhouette, which pairs well with pants, leggings and designer jeans, making it perfect for traveling, office wear, or adding to your leisure wardrobe.

This Tianello natural fibered Tencel garment was designed, developed and proudly Made In The USA using premium imported fabric.

Our “Kyoto Lake” fabric print showcases the calming beauty of Japanesque “water motif” textile artistry. Our rendition here draws inspiration from classic silk masterpieces that hung in the castles of Japanese emperors for centuries. The primary design element in this print happens to be the background illustration of stylized “curving waves” representing water currents. In Japanese culture, “moving water” is symbolic for purification and change, both concepts critical for achieving harmony and peace in life. The secondary element is a repeating floral overprint consisting of stylized Yellow Chrysanthemums (symbol for imperial and truth), Sakura Cherry Blossoms (kindness), and Sunflowers (respect and radiance). The third design element is a repeating calligraphic blockprint of characters and stylized script which have no meaning other than to look beautiful and bring to mind the exotic allure of “Shodo” calligraphy. Together, the synergy of these visual symbols suggests homage to the imperial capital city of Kyoto, and to its many reflective lake gardens.
FABRIC CONTENTS: 65% tencel / 35% Rayon

This signature blend of Tencel and Rayon is a wonderful combination of refinement and practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape, along with a soft feel and suede-like finish. For the environmentally-conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber.

Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. We also love how vibrantly the colors appear on this fabric, enriching our garments with vivid hues.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash cold with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach, do not use Woolite, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low (do not use dryer sheets). Warm, steam iron. Dry Clean OK.
